You’ll have a clear view of just how much there is to do. Even better – you can decide which are the most important and do those first. I like to use the built-in Gmail task list.

Create your environment!
Does music help you focus? Play it! Do you prefer to take regular breaks? Reward yourself for real results. The better you do, the better the reward!
